Gaynor brings a wealth of recruitment knowledge, she has over 25 years of experience as a top-billing recruitment consultant and team leader in both Australia and the UK. Gaynor Lowndes has a first-rate understanding of the recruitment world and its challenges.
In 2001, Gaynor established The Recruitment Training Company, principally to supply much needed skills training to professional recruiters. Unlike other training companies, TRTC – Recruiter training and development specialises exclusively in development of recruiters (both internal and professional recruiters), with a primary focus on providing optimum learning and development containing the latest up-to-the minute techniques for the industry.
