I am interested to find out what you think are the three most important traits of a good leader. What is it that makes you want to listen to and follow the leader(s) that you admire in your workplace, sporting field or community.
Everyone has a different view but I really like the way that author John C Maxwell defines a good leader, namely as someone:
“who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way”
